Cosmarium fictopraemorsum Kurt Förster 1981
Regarded as a rare species from mesotrophic, slightly acidic waters. Rather similar to other species, especially Cosmarium margaritiferum. In well defined cells the central large granule is surrounded by a ring of smaller ones. Also, the sinuses are open for about 50% of the length
