Cosmarium neonotabile Van Westen & Coesel 2021
This species was only named in 2021 and closely resembles Cosmarium notabile but with two notable difference. C. notabile has 14-16 marginal crenations per semicells as opposed to 12-14 in this species. Also, the isthmus is narrower in C. notabile. It has an atmophytic habitat preference. The Harris finds have been confirmed by Marien van Westen.
